El Observatorio Astronómico
One of the first in Latin America, it was built in 1802 when it was commissioned by José Celestino Mutis. The observatory has been the work place of many emminent scientists such as the astronomer Julio Garavito Armero. The building is closed to the public.
Uno de los primeros en Latinoamérica, ordenado por José Celestino Mutis en 1802. Su construcción concluyó dos años más tarde. Es el lugar donde muchos científicos eminentes como el astrónomo Julio Garavito Armero, han hecho sus trabajos y sus investigaciones. El edificio no es accesible al público.
